I paid but never got my download.
Send your order number if you saw the download page (it looks like DB-7K3M9Q), or the email you paid with and roughly when. Apple Pay and Google Pay buyers often don't know the email; the order number solves that. We'll find it and resend your permanent link, usually within a few hours.
I lost my link.
Same as above: email you paid with, and we'll resend it. Your link never expires, so once you have it again, bookmark it.
I want a refund.
Digital guides are final sale once delivered, per the terms. If you were charged twice or the file won't open, that's a different story; tell us and we'll fix it.
Can you look at my store / account / idea?
If you've bought a guide, yes: send a short description and a link and we'll reply with what we'd change. We don't do calls or coaching.
