Terms of Service
The rules for using debroke.com and the guides you buy here.
◆Who we are
DEBROKE (debroke.com) is operated by an independent seller based in the United States. In these terms, “DEBROKE”, “we” and “us” mean that seller; “you” means the person using the site. Questions go to support@debroke.com.
By creating an account or buying anything on debroke.com, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
◆Who can use DEBROKE
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Some guides cover the business side of adult-content work. They contain no explicit material, but they are written for adults.
◆Your account
Use a real email address you control, keep your password private, and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us right away at support@debroke.com if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, attacks on the site, or redistributing guides.
◆What you're buying
DEBROKE sells digital guides as PDF files. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay:
Single guide: $2.99 for one guide of your choice.
Starter: $9.99 to unlock any 5 guides you pick.
All-Access: $19.99 to unlock every guide in the catalog.
Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no stored balance. If we introduce monthly plans later, they will be offered separately and you will be told the terms before you subscribe; nothing you already bought changes.
Unlocked guides stay downloadable from your account for as long as DEBROKE operates. We recommend keeping your own copy of each file. We may change prices in the future; changes never affect purchases you've already made.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
◆How you can use the guides
When you unlock a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read it, download it and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, post, or redistribute the files or substantial parts of them, or use them to create a competing product.
The guides, the site and the DEBROKE name and ◆ mark belong to us.
◆Information, not advice
The guides are educational. They are not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional who knows your situation. Laws, platform rules and payment-processor policies change; each guide reflects our understanding when it was written.
No income is guaranteed. Results depend on your effort, skills, resources, market and many factors outside anyone's control. Any examples are illustrations, not promises of what you will earn.
◆Refunds
You can get a refund for any reason within 7 days of purchase. The full details are in the Refund Policy.
◆Acceptable use
Don't try to get around payment or download controls, scrape the site, overload or attack it, access other people's accounts, or use the site for anything illegal.
◆Disclaimers and limits
The site and guides are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. We work to keep the site available and the guides accurate, but we can't promise the site will always be online or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on the guides, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
◆Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant we'll note it on the site. Continuing to use DEBROKE after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the U.S. state where DEBROKE is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it first.
